What is Perception?

This video was inspired by questions asked by students of Craniosacral Biodynamics, where we practice shifting out of our usual, everyday modes of perception in order to sense and support subtle formative forces in healing processes. Cherionna Menzam-Sills discusses perception and how to shift it, as well as the value of being able to view in different ways in any therapy and in all our relationships.


The video was recorded in July, 2015 during a post-graduate seminar in Craniosacral Biodynamics at Karuna Institute, Devon, England.
