Three Body Meditation with Cherionna Menzam-Sills

This meditation guided by Cherionna Menzam-Sills is inspired by Craniosacral Biodynamics, where we orient to three bodies or fields of ourselves and our clients. These physical, fluid and tidal (of long tide) fields can be compared to the three tissue anatomies identified by Emilie Conrad, founder of Continuum Movement. She named them the cultural, primordial, and cosmic anatomies. While this meditation is intended to support Craniosacral students and practitioners in enhancing their perception of the three fields, it can be relaxing and potentially healing for anyone.

Continuum Movement for Bone and Joint Health: The Jaques

It's been three weeks since I fell off a chair and broke my wrist (radius). Even with my previous and ongoing experience of the profound healing effects of Continuum Movement, I have been amazed by how quickly the bone has been healing using Continuum. Each time I do my practice, I feel fluid waves, spirals and pulsations moving through the injured area, clearly dissolving the remaining density that served to protect during and after the fall.

At three weeks, the bone feels essentially healed, although I'm still working with the soft tissue damage. This video demonstrates one the ways I have been using Continuum on this healing journey. The sound I use is called the "Jaques." We use it in Continuum to support bone and joint health. I hope this video benefits you, even if you don't have injuries! please feel free to leave your comments below.

If you would like to read more about my perspective on the gifts and insights I have received from this injury, please view my written blog at: http://cherionnablog.blogspot.co.uk/2016/03/gifts-of-injury-unexpected-part-2.html

Living From the Heart: A Heart Centered Practice with Cherionna Menzam-Sills

This short (15 minutes) video introduces a practice I have been supported by and developing since the 80s, when I called my work "Living from the Heart," and taught workshops by that name. While the name of my work has changed to "Birthing Your Life," I see this as a continuation of the same work. At this point, the emphasis is on developing awareness of and addressing aspects of our history, or habitual ways of being, that may interfere with our ability to live from the heart.

I hope this video supports you at this time of transition into a new year, a time when many of us are making resolutions or setting goals. May these emerge from your heart's desire. May your choices be in accordance with what makes your heart sing! For more on this topic of transition into the new year, and how it may be affected by our birth experience, please see my written blog.

Please leave your comments and questions below and I will do my best to respond to them in future videos.
